Cancellation and Refund Policy

We understand that sometimes things don't work out as planned. If you want refund for your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer refunds within 30 days of purchase. You will get refund to the original payment method.

How to Initiate a Refund

1. To initiate a refund, please contact us at ninjalearnerteam@gmail.com with the reason for the refund.
2. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days with instructions on how to proceed.

Refund Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 7-15 days for your return to be processed. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
